The delivery crew were professional, prompt, polite and helpful. The product is exactly as described and ideal for my purpose.

Brilliant little freezer, nothing fancy, no posh programming needed, no Blackpool illuminations on the front, just keeps food frozen and at a brilliant price. What else.

Overall a good product, however with no interior light could be improved to make a more practical product. At the time of delivery came on a good base and easy to unpack and assemble the handle.

As with the fridge, we could have done with a slightly taller one to fit the aperture, but again have got around it by placing decorative dishes on top. It matches the fridge in size and shape. The drawer space is good and roomy and everything that needed to be in there fitted like a dream. Definitely no complaints.

Freezer seems to be solid and well made. It is very quiet after my old one. So far it seems to be working well, and its nice to have separate compartments for food.There is also room for a large pizza, and ice cube trays. Very good.

I ordered the freezer and feel the price was brilliant, especially when comparing against products of a similar quality from other places. The delivery was well organised, and the men who delivered were really professional and helped me out greatly. I’ve used AO a few times now and have not been disappointed.
