This was to replace a corded upright Dyson that was 7 or 8 years old which we thought was good until we got this one, it is so powerful and has lots of attachments that means you can vacuum just about anything!

CAme the next day. Smooth to use and love the attachments it comes with Good on hardwood and carpet. Instructions could have been better but great product for getting up pet hair

Very good hoover. Little bit heavier than the previous hoover I had (one of the Dyson balls that sits on the floor) but nothing too major. Cleans up dog fur and long hair from carpet, hard flooring and deep rugs very well. Came with 5 various attachments so nice and easy to do any cleaning we need. Very pleased with it

Much more quiet than my older model and performance is far superior. Unfortunately it does not have the floating multifloor head but I do like the switch selector to change it manually. The cable is long enough to enable me to hoover from one room to another which is fantastic. I don't really like the new upgraded handle system on the on the extension pipe as i found the older design much easier and simple to hold. On the whole, I am very, very pleased with my new hoover and I would recommend it 100% ??

I have used a number of Dyson vacuums but this model is the best so far. Brilliant for picking up dog hairs on all surfaces

If you have pets at home this is your vacuum. it is a bit heavy but it is fine. The special tool for hair it is working super good. Definitely amazing shop.

Disappointed it’s so heavy and the sparsity of the instructions which came with it. It works well but I haven’t a clue how all the gadgets work or what to do with them.
