Have only had the vacuum a couple of weeks - so far so good. Although had to watch a YouTube video to work out how it worked :-D Has everything we need.

The product is amazing, fantastic suction and removes pet fur well, previous vacuum cleaner had been slowing down for a while so there was a slight build up of missed cat fur in some places, not now though, this one cleared it all away on the first use. So happy to know the house is now clean of excess fur again.

Very pleased with this purchase. Suction is great, has 3 pile floor settings, is light to use and comes with a good amount of accessories. The only thing negative I would say is emptying the cylinder, the latch feels a little flimsy.

Very good powerful suction even picked up sand from deep pile carpet. long cable able to do whole house without unplugging. It is a bit heavy and bulky but worth it for the powerful clean. I struggle with the hose but this will hopefully get easier as I get used to it

Great at picking up dog hair, cylinder is small so needs to emptied frequently. The ball takes a bit of getting used to but once you have, it is much easier to use than the older fixed head Dyson that I had. Still a heavy hoover but much quieter, which is an added bonus.
