My experience so far with this hover yes it is a little heavy to push around but I am impressed with the suction performance. The hover gets a lot of usage with a house full of kids the downside is it gets easily blocked which is not great. I would recommend the suction performance but would not recommend how fiddly this hover is to unblock or the weight to push around hence the reason for the 3 stars.

Ordered this product …Dyson vacuum as have had many others before. The product was easy to assemble which was fantastic as I’m an older generation. Clear instructions and does exactly what I needed it to do. I am especially delighted with the quieter noise, this hasn’t taken away from the fabulous suction.

As always, Dyson never disappoints. No matter which brand or how much it costs, Dyson products always out perform the competition. This vacuum is practical and picks up dust and dirt that other leading brands miss. I would definitely recommend!

It's a Dyson and it brings with it all you'd expect on the cleaning front. Delivered for self-assembly (which was straight forward) and then ready to go out of the box. A little heavier than the last vacuum we had, but the cleaning head that swivels on the ball makes using the vacuum easy. And it is very efficient - making our last vacuum look like it hadn't been doing its job! Easy release on the cylinder to drop what has been vacuumed up. (Not entirely convinced on the release mechanism pushing on plastic lip, but I expect this has been tested and it's not the only way to open the cylinder, so only a personal observation really). A good range of tools included too - although the instructions would seem to suggest reattaching the tools once parking up the vacuum - or they could simply be stored and be brought out when needed! Any observations are just that and shouldn't detract from an excellent product. A good buy.

Fantastic achievement, great pick up power, dust collection just a little small

Very easy to use and not heavy

I have two Border Collie/German Shepherd dogs and they malt twice a year. Huge amounts of fur during that time everywhere even after brushing both of them, this new Dyson, works a treat. I would really recommend this model to anybody that has furballs that malt. Great machine and really nice that I have the 5-year warranty, no worries if the machine breaks down.
