Item came as described and more, really good quality mixer with the added bonus of being able to blend, chop,chop,shred,mince all with the one machine, very easy to use, I would highly recommend this item

Such a great buy, it is amazing it’s the best mixer I have had out of 4! It’s mincer is fantastic and the fact that the plug goes straight back inside the casing itself is superb. How did I live without this is what I am wondering?!

This mixer is great , its versatile with all the attachments it comes with. Brilliant for making almost anything you can think if. Best thing was being able to get rid of my old food processor- so also saves space in the Kitchen. Also as its Bosh all replacement parts are available direct , so if it ever breaks I can just repair it without having to buy a new one . Definitely worth that little bit extra for the peace if mind and its performance

We do really like the Bosch MUM59340GB machine that we bought from AO, although we did not appreciate that it did not actually include the food processor element, and that this part is actually quite a pricey accessory. We mistakenly thought that as machine was described as the 'Ultimate Kitchen Machine' on the Bosch website (and on its enclosed leaflets/instructions) that the food processor was included. When we called Bosch to find out what part we actually needed to buy as the food processor accessory, they were rather less than helpful. Otherwise the machine is really very good indeed albeit it is actually quite expensive when adding on the accessory we need.

The size and appearance of the device suits me very well. So many functions in one is a great solution. Easy to use.

Used this for the first time today. Found it to be extremely well built and sturdy. Very easy to clean.
