Ordering and paying all went well as did delivery. Good communication from AO throughout too. It’s a little freezer but that’s what I needed for my little kitchen. Great for batch cooking and freezing to save energy. Very quiet too. No complaints

This is an excellent product, while not being the biggest in capacity or highest in Energy Rating. There is plenty of room, even with a bottom drawer given over totally to ice, for as the summer draws to close this space will become more available. Installation was easy, as expected, and the only mystery in the guide booklet was the reference to a light fitting when the freezer has not one. The option to reverse the door has not been used, but directions seem clear and unfussy. Very happy three days in.
