Warms up quickly. Looks great with the oven.

Great product - large enough for plates and serving dishes.

Disappointing considering the cost. The push-in switch is a nuisance being easily opened when passing too close. The 'rubber'(?) mat seems retrograde compared to the previous model that this replaced.

Easy to fit took minutes,easy to operate,the hardest thing was unpacking it was so well packed.

Upon first few uses I am very happy with this product. The capacity is quite surprising and it does an excellent job of keeping food warm. Good buy.

Just tried it out and does exactly what the old model (that lasted 10 years) does! Heats from the top rather than the bottom and plates go on a mat rather than the glass heated area. Good price and great service from ao.com!

Simple clean lines and easy to use. Much better than the one I have just replaced.

Offered the size we needed, and blended style wise with the Samsung ovens we purchased. All warming drawers seem expensive for what they are though at the ao price this was ok. Installed above an oven which makes it a little trickier to load/unload than if below but still is accessible. Used for warming/keeping warm, and proving with no issues
