This is my first washer dryer. The product is excellent and useful.

We ordered this to replace our older Hotpoint washer dryer but unfortunately we didn’t like this machine so much that we sent it back after 2 weeks. The valve mechanism design has been changed since the older models which means that every 15 seconds on the dry cycle there would be a ‘chug’ from the machine followed by a ‘bang’ through the pipes upstairs which resulted in disturbing the children at night. It had a good fast wash time but the rest of the cycles, both wash and dry, were very long. We do not recommend this washer dryer.

The drying works well and I like that there are several different programmes for washing and drying consecutively. The quick wash setting is great and much shorter & more effective than the previous old washer I had. Best of all is the noise level - this machine is so quiet compared to our previous one. Also really like the look of it as the black appliance blends in better with a non-white kitchen, where a regular white appliance would stick out like a sore thumb.

Overall happy with this. It's a good quality washer dryer, my only issue is that most of the wash programmes are quite long!

Easy to use with clear instructions. We installed it ourselves which was simple, and they delivered it upstairs for us!

This is my first washer/dryer combo. I’m pleased with it so far. It’s very quiet. I’m still learning to use it.

Great looking washer dryer. Very quiet and has a good range of wash/ dry cycles available. Good load sizes for washing and drying. Very reasonably priced for what you get .
