Great capacity and good performance washing and drying so far. The cycles are LONG but perfect for leaving on overnight. There is a 30 minute wash if you're in a pinch, but maybe could do with something in-between 30 mins and 4h... Overall very happy!

The drum is of a decent size and can manage all the washing of our family off 4. Plenty of features including auto clean and is a quiet machine. Hopefully the drying feature will help during the rainy weather when we can't dry clothes outside

Washer function works great - really big drum! Dryer function is terrible, kept making a clicking noise and wouldn't start, rang Hotpoint and they advised it does that to get to temperature and could take up to 45 mins before it even starts. Decided to return it.

Love this wash and dry washer

Seems well made and works well. Not delighted by the restrictions of the programmes or the confusing way drying options are selected. Overall happy enough though.

So far so good, very quiet, large drum and ample different settings for different wash types. Nice little attention to detail in the detergent loading area with an inbuilt volume guide. Used heavily for about a week and so far so good.

Seems fine, runs quietly

It looks lovely , price was good , service and communication from AO good ?? thought I had researched this product well before I bought it alas it’s not got the cycles I thought it had and just don’t get why we have 2+ 3+ and 9 hour washing cycles or a complete wash and dry cycle, all seems ludicrous to me , just don’t get the eco / energy efficiency’s especially with a 9 hour wash cycle choice , and no I haven’t and won’t be using that cycle Think , research and read very carefully before you buy any washing machine or washer dryer
