Love our new Washer Dryer! Looks fab in our kitchen. Easy to use and you can dry without having to wash.

Great product although can be a little confusing trying to determine the Dry Only Cycle.

Very Happy with this washer dryer, looks stylish, simple quick wash is great, and can set to dry separately, on the negative side it can be a little over complicated to use. (read the instruction sheet though and explains it all). some wash settings can take quite a long time.

Works Really well. A lot quieter than my last one. The dryer is also a lot better used to have the last one on cupboard setting this one only need on Hanger and it dry's great. I am not one for lots of different washes so have only used synthetics, Cotton and Wool (without drier) and they work well. even got my Sleeping bag in for a quick wash this weekend.(do a lot of camping).

Very easy to use once I mastered the instructions. First time I’ve had a washer/dryer so far no problems as long as it’s not overloaded

Unfortunately I got a faulty item, the first wash was fine then the second one came up with an error. You have to contact Hotpoint first and they tried troubleshooting before confirming it does seem it's a faulty machine. Their process is to then first send someone just to visit and confirm the issue (but not fix at that visit), then they'll schedule resolving it. They refused to just authorise exchange, even though due to their appointment timings it meant I'd be without a washer for 2+ weeks. They said that if I'd called within 48 hours of delivery they would have exchanged, so I recommend to anyone to do several washes in the first day (the only reason I didn't call in 48hr was it was Easter bank holiday!). I got this machine as I had a great Hotpoint washer dryer previously so was an advocate of the brand - needless to say I am no longer!

Wow, what a great machine. Washes well and dries cupboard ready. We were dubious as we needed a combined machine for the limited space on our narrow boat and thought it would neither wash nor dry as well as our prior separate machines at home. Well, we were wrong. Not very deep and yet no compromise on capacity. Very well balanced and doesn't shake the boat when spinning. Great array of programmes, including steam refresh and 1400rpm spin. We love it.
