Fantastic dryer takes a little longer dry but great on electric easy to empty when full of water tank just pulls out of door it's not the quietest but it's not to loud overall it's great best dryer we have owned

Had it for just over two weeks now - so far - really impressed with this machine - gets a little getting to used to buy well worth the investment - plus great service from ao.com Would defo recommend

Lovely big drum. The auto-care programme works well to get the clothes clean. It's not that quiet, but the noise isn't a problem if you have it in a separate room. Super easy to empty the water and filter after a cycle. The main drawback is that the app isn't very intuitive and could be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the unit.

Not as quiet as I was hoping for….don’t really think it’s any quieter than a standard dryer? The 11kg drum is great - gets all the bedsheets etc done at once - only used a couple of the settings so far but pretty easy to use.

Quiet , easy to use and so cheap to run . Our old condenser dryer was 1.77 a load to run . This new heat pump tumble dryer is 73 p to run a 11 kg load . ( you can down load an app for this machine ) only had it a week and saved a fortune already . And the clothes come out of the dryer ( a know sounds weird but…) fresher . You won’t be disappointed with this machine

Does the job, in big loads, for a reduced price and cash back on top. What can possibly go wrong?

Only used a few times so far but far more effecient than my previous condenser dryer. The larger Drum leaves less creases in the clothes too and fluff does not seem to collect around the water, collection tank as previously experienced with other dryers.
