The hoover 11kg tumble dryer was definitely an upgrade from my previous model, I love the bigger drum which means I use less energy than before with having to put it on once for more loads of washing, my previous one would usually leave items wet but this one can be used with an app and has more accurate programs, I usually use the auto care setting and the clothes are dried quickly. Also with this machine, I love that it can be either plugged in to the water disposal pipe or can be emptied by the front door which mean that I could stack this machine with a stacking kit onto my washing machine saving space without it being hard to reach. I haven’t found anything I don’t like about this machine yet, it is quiet enough and comes with 2 part filter system which means less lint fluff gets caught up in the machine. With the app it lets you check on the maintenance of the machine, I like also due to the app as I have the same brand washing machine that after a load of laundry has finished it lets me transfer the cycle load information to the tumble dryer so that it’s even more efficient. Reason I bought this machine was mostly for the energy rating with how electric bills are going currently. This machine for myself is a real timesaver and I wish I had got it sooner.

This is my first tumble dryer so I'm a bit of a novice but so far everything seems to be good. The filter and water compartments are easy to remove and empty and the WiFi function is handy. The machine does make a lot of noise though so I'm very glad we have it in our utility room rather than in any living space.

This is, without doubt, the best dryer I have ever used. I looked into the differences between condenser, heat pump and vented types and came to the conclusion that heat pump tyes were the best way to go as they are by far the more efficient of the three types and uses less electricity to achieve the end result. Since delivery, with a variety of useful programs to suit all materiel types, it has been an excellent experience with perfectly dry and non-creased clothes every time. There is also loads of drum room to accommodate such items as heavy winter duvet's making loading and unloading a breeze. I would highly recommend this particular machine to anyone looking to buy a new dryer, without hesitation, and guarantee you would not be disappointed with your investment.

Love this tumble dryer - was a bit apprehensive about heat pumps but know that they are better for the environment and keeps energy costs down. So glad I did - great that it doesnt need venting - water easily collected in the container attached to the door - great range of programmes to choose from large mixed loads to dry freshen up loads. Best of all you can control it all from your phone making it easy to choose the right programme and care package - not disappointed at all
