Really easy to clean filters and empty the condenser

Great all-round dryer. Easy to operate.

I'm very happy with this product. The 11kg capacity is great and I'm using the eco function to make sure I don't consume too much energy. The reservoir in the door is so easy to empty, a great feature!

It’s quiet, remains cool on the outside, dries all types of material well without giving that insane tumble heat that can leave things feeling almost crisp / too dry / hot. REALLY impressed with this machine. The water collection unit is cleverly designed into the door, which feels superior to traditional style tanks in terms of emptying / reusing the water for plants etc And it has a dual filter system which also feels superior in build quality and protection of the unit. My memory of these was always that they were flimsy and a bit of a faff to access. Not with this machine. It has umpteen cycles available for various load / material types and plenty more available once connected to Wi-Fi (haven’t got that far yet so can’t review that area.) Time will tell in terms of efficiency / running costs (I’ve always had condensers so this is my first heat pump unit to try.) Ao delivery was so speedy, well notified with plenty status updates. The drivers were really kind and delivered it to the place I would be installing it (back of house) as opposed to front door which I REALLY appreciated as I live rurally, and alone so would have been a few days wait until I could organise a pal to help me lug it through - so REALLY grateful. 10/10 all round - happy grateful customer here! Very large drum that can contain a lot of laundry at once. The economics of running it is brilliant. I used to dry my laundry with a room dehumidifier, and the consumption with the heat pump dryer is comparable. Only thing to consider is that drying takes longer than traditional dryers, but at a fraction of the cost, so if you need things dried pronto, this isn't the machine for you. The WiFi/BT control is excellent and makes it much easier to operate,

So pleased with the large drum and east to install and clothes come out unwrinkled and no need to iron.

We have quite a large family (8) and so this 11kg dryer is a great size for tackling our laundry needs. The dial and display are easy to use when choosing a cycle, it's very quiet when running and does a great job of drying different fabrics. We specifically chose a heat pump dryer after reading up on the potential energy savings to be had and the environmental benefits. I haven't noticed that as a heat pump dryer it takes much longer than my old dryer, I'm not usually in too much of a rush for specific items, but it does have the option of a fast dry setting - which I'm sure will come in useful. The fact that it continues to rotate the clothes to avoid creases after the cycle has finished is a great feature. Removing, emptying and replacing the water container is quick and easy - much easier than my old pull out drawer. We've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but so far I can't fault it and am happy to recommend it.

I was disappointed in how long it takes to dry and the dryness I wish I had gone for a traditional tumbler as it worked much better
