I can't get enthusiastic about anything as mundane as a washing machine. It does the job, and if it lasts as long as the last hotpoint machine then I'll be happy, oh and a lot older.

As described on the website. Excellent price and service. The machine does everything as described. The boss aka the wife is more than happy as it has large drum 10 kg capacity with all the bells and whistles. It's also VERY quiet. The steam function is brilliant. Never had this on a machine before but it definitely works. The website is very easy to navigate and use. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys positioned at the exact place requested. Great service! I've used ao before and will be again. My old old washing machine was also taken away saving me a trip to the recycling centre.

Great performance and nice looking machine does everything you need

Has a weird minor issue where the wool cycle stops after 2 minutes due to a drainage fault. But no other cycle does so it's pretty clear there's no drainage issue. And if you run the wool cycle again, it works second time. Yes it's under guarantee so I could get it fixed but it's in a hard-to-access spot and Hotpoint threaten to charge you if it's an installation fault rather than a machine fault so probably not worth exploring.

So far so good, works as expected.

I like you that washing can be added during a programme. Also the quietness of the spin at 1400. The 10kg and large door access makes washing a duvet so much easier. At the moment, there are no negatives, though I have only had it a short time.

Very pleased with my new washing machine. I like the way it can gauge the amount of laundry in the drum and set the wash time accordingly. I am still trying to work out the “Active Care” part. Very Impressed with the large 10kg drum. I will now be able to wash my duvet when it needs it. I also think the machine looks classy with the smoked glass door and white body.
