good quality product, quiet , economical and good choice of programs. good wash on lower temperatures. A good product by Hotpoint, A rated and matches our previous machine which was also A rated by Samsung bought 4 years ago and still working all okay. So to sum up, we are well qualified to judge the product and the machines are used on large family washes.

Does what it says on the tin. Nice and quiet with a good range of settings. The extra space, as it's 10kg, is really useful.
