Bought this washing machine after ours broke. We had had our previous one for well over 10 years, and it never let us down. So I took a while to research new washing machines and this came out one of the best in our price range. It's great? It's got a large 10kg drum so I have fewer loads which saves money and time and the steam function is fantastic as is the anti-stain technology which really does work. It's quiet compared to my old washer and easy to use. It doesn't connect to an app on your phone but that is really not needed in my house. I definitely would recommend this washer for anyone looking in this price range.

My old washing machine broke down and i was looking online for a new one. I found one on ao.com. The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. Having the washing machine delivered the next day with a 2 hour time slot was perfect. The delivery drivers were extremely friendly and very professional. I've been using this product for over a couple of weeks now with no problems, very easy to install and looks amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

Quiet and efficient! Recommended

It’s a really smart looking machine. I like the drawer design and how it opens like hinged door and not just straight out. I also like the flat front door which is easy to keep clean. I haven’t used all of the washing cycles yet but I’m happy with how my clothes and bedding are lovely, clean & fresh. I’m not sure if I like the way it locks and unlocks the child-lock to set the cycle. It worries me that this could become a problem in the future? Only time will tell. Great that it does have a 10yr guarantee on parts!

Great machine. Lots of different settings and a very nice drum size for large washes. So far so good and it looks asteatically nice too! Thanks Hotpoint! Only downside is alot of the settings are set at 40 which is not always what you want!

I love this washing machine. Everything about it. I love it. It is SUPER quiet. It has all of the programmes you need - including super hygenic steam final cycle for washing bed coverings, towels and anything pet related and a quickwash. It has a 10KG load, which means I can wash a quilt in it. It is "A" rated so that it doesnt cost the earth everytime I use it. It looks great. I even love the way the detergent drawer comes out! What I loved MOST about this was the fact that it was on sale. (sorry if you dont get the same discount, I promise you, it was pure dumb luck on my part). Delivery was within 2 days, which I had to pay for, but it meant that when my old one went boobs up, I didnt have to wait 3 weeks with piles of smelly washing climbing the walls. So far so good, only had this washing machine a week but I find it simple to use with enough programes to suit any load from the smallest to the largest with a great 10kg capacity. nice and quite operation throughout wash and spin. Great value for money
