My last washing machine broke down so needed another one. My last one was a 8kg drum so I thought I would go bigger this time and bought a 10kg machine. It is so easy to use and quite plus I can get so much more washed in one go result. I would highly recommend this washing machine to anyone.

OK, so I bought in a hurry! The machine is good BUT I wish I had looked at the wash cycle times which are long. There is a rapid button which helps, but the quick wash cycle is only for a half load. My old machine had a 45m cycle, which was ideal but the new one is 1hr on the rapid cycle (1h 55m otherwise) Also, not sure why the window needs to be blacked out, which makes the machine look quite prominent. Delivery and install were great though.

Quality purchase, very quiet you can barely hear it unless stood next to it. All the programmes you need and more, the large capacity is ideal for blankets and duvets. Highly recommend.

Great washing machine, looks nice and does what it says. its not too noisy, the only small concern is the times for some of the settings like Cotton, it takes close to 4 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Complicated to use. Many useful features, a lot of general maintenance. Large enough for a duvet wash. I suspect that the steam wash may put additional pressure on the pipes.

Really pleased with the product so far, I've not used all the more unique washes yet, such as steamed hygiene etc. I've particularly enjoyed using the timer delay feature, and the count down timer, which I didn't have on my previous washing machine, so the cycle is fresh and ready to get out when I get up in the morning. The spin is louder than I was anticipating on some of the washing settings, but it is not too bad.
