Item would have been good! Sadly it was damaged on arrival but thanks to Mille on the help line a new replacement arrived within two days ! Excellent after sales.

Wonderful. Arrived on time as described. I'm very pleased with the appliance. It cooks really well (very powerful) and so handy with the combination oven. Very happy indeed.

Very smart and practical design . Easy to use and keep clean .The door opening pad seems a little flimsy but so far working well .

Pleasantly surprised by it's versatility.Hopefully it will be ideal for my usage when i have had time to try out the various option

I think I have made a good choice. The micro has a stainless steel finish which looks very good. I like it's size, much bigger than my last micro. It's rated at 1000 watts with microwave, grill and oven features. This will enable it to cover most of my cooking needs. Very easy to operate and gives good results. An overall impressive machine.

Early days yet and not used all the functions so far but what we have been pleased with. Bought as a replacement for a basic microwave but because of the addition of the Convection oven too this swayed us as I have just had to -again- change element on our main built in oven so this was bought as a back. However looks as though as the potential to become our main oven as much quicker and more energy saving. Pleased - a good buy I’m sure.

Although manual is long, it is very easy to understand. I have not used all the programmes yet, but the ones I have used have been simple and successful.

I replaced my old Panasonic with this model and I haven’t been disappointed. Easy to use in all functions and also easy to clean. I ordered on a Thursday night and it was delivered Saturday afternoon and my trusty old oven taken away for recycling. Great product and great service.
