A direct replacement for my 19 years old Panasonic microwave, It hadn't broken I just fancied a new one. I love the grilling defrosting and convection cooking facilities. I've even convinced my daughter now...

Excellent combination microwave large interior superb for all types of cooking

So far so good. The only really annoying thing about this microwave oven is that it appears to have ice skates for feet. It slides about all over my worktop in a kind of Torvill and Dean style. I have to wait for the oven to be stopped by a the toaster or a solid object like the wall, where I can then put enough pressure on the door open button to get my food out before it skates of around the kitchen again. Rubber feet for the microwave please... that’s all it needs. Not blades...!

The product is great, however originally the appliance delivered was broken and had to be returned. Your website was difficult to navigate to a customer service advisor and I ended up calling Panasonic who gave me the AO customer services number. Customer services speedily replaced the item without too much trouble.

We purchased this microwave May 2019, it has worked well until today (used maybe 2-3 times a week for reheating food). Today there is no digital display and when you open the door the dish starts to revolve. On reflection, this is not a great product. Our last microwave lasted over 15 years and we only got rid of it as it was starting to look a little tired.

brilliant does it all and easy to use

This is a small Microwave with a large interior suitable for a family or couple. The controls are easy to use and easy to understand, although I have found that i had to get used to pressing the buttons in a certain spot. We have found it to be quick when microwaving but have yet to use the oven or grill functions. It fits nicely under the wall units and fits snug towards to back of the worktop which leaves you space to put something down in front of it when you want to stir the pot. The light is bright enough for you to see whats cooking inside. I like that it is Black so its fits into the colour scheme of my other appliances and does not look out of place.

Delighted with this Combi Oven. Great size It fits neatly in the corner of my small worktop. So easy to set up in minutes. Comes with a really clear instruction manual and recipe book included which is rare with appliances these days. So far has cooked everything perfectly. Very well made and will not go rusty like my two previous microwaves after a very short time. I’ve just bought another smaller microwave by Panasonic for my grand daughter so praise indeed! This has replaced a microwave and a smaller table top cooker so now I have more workspace. Wish I had bought one sooner.
