Well built and stylish only used microwave so far but easy to use will experiment as I go

The second one was serviceable, first the door mechanism failed to allow the door to shut, second one fine. Phoned ao, spoke to customer service, took all details, asked for photos to be taken and emailed, Gentleman stayed on phone until he had them, and arranged for delivery of a new item 2 days later on the Saturday. Delivery times messaged through, worked well , will use again, and will reccomend to friends. Thank you ao.

Quartz grill is awesome for getting an even golden brown finish to everything. Loads of microwave settings to cook everything perfectly. Loads of space. Really pleased with it.

I've not used all of the functions as yet but so far very pleased with the look and build quality. Easy to clean internally with plenty of room. The function settings appear confusing at first but that's just getting used to a new format from my old microwave. Very pleased.

Great product perfect size and can use on a 13 amp plug...

A compact and versatile microwave well worth the price. I have used more in the short time since I bought it than the microwave that it replaced. Excellent value for money!

I am just getting used to the different settings on the microwave. The instruction book could be easier to understand.
