A great combi oven, with clear instructions on how to make the most of its functionality. A definite step up from a standard microwave, and while it is a litle noisier than a standard microwave, it heats food quickly and evenly, and the grill function is brilliant.

Bought as a replacement for a much older version. Identical to use, cooks well, cannot fault it. Use it more than my main oven

The Panasonic Combination microwave was an excellent choice it fitted in the recess left by the built in model which had broken down. AO was also a pefect choice for me, the cost was very competitive, the delivery information extremely helpfull and correct, and it was delivered on the predicted arrival time , the delivery chaps very polite and helpfull bearing in mind I am disabled, they also took our old one away for safe disposal.# Thank You AO I will use you again when necessary

I bought this microwave from looking at Which? Magazine best buys. I have purchased a Panasonic microwave previously and would highly recommend them.

Service from AO excellent. Bought to replace old Panasonic microwave. Works as described so quite pleased. Reason for 4 star - old oven came with three accessories, a small and large wire stand and a high grill stand. This oven only came with one - a high wire stand. Also the cable is only two feet long so needed an extension to plug it in

Not had much chance to use it yet only had it a week. But it looks and feels like a quality item. Very impressed so far.

Previously had a similar Panasonic model. This one has similar internal dimensions but smaller footprint which is down to the fan now being located in the roof rather than stuck on the rear. Handy. First impressions? 1. Fan initially resonated loudly when it kicked in (convection only) to the extent that I was thinking of returning it as faulty. Now that it's been spun up a few times and has 'run in' it seems to have settled down. 2. No low level rack included unlike previous models which inluded a low as well as a high rack, both of which could be used together 3.Controls would be easier to read if they were illuminated. Having used it for a week now we've found it intuitive to use and it cooks quickly and evenly.

Absolutely love this microwave. So many auto programs. Great instruction booklet. Best jacket potatoes ever.
