It’s a over complicated unit and very difficult to understand For a microwave novice Be warned

Bought this to replace previous Panasonic Combi Microwave Oven since the size fits the space available (on wall bracket). Really pleased with purchase. Oven works really well particularly the temperature is accurate and cooks well.

This is third one I’ve had really easy to use that’s why I keep getting the same one ,just unlucky that they don’t last ,have tried a different brand but couldn’t get use to it .Hope I have better luck with this one.

Happy with 12 year old microwave but a pending heart operation means I was advised to have a more recent model to ensure safety. Was dubious, but no need. The new one is so much more powerful! It looks smart and is compact as well as spacious. Looking forward to trying more of features and recipes. You can always rely on Panasonic!

+convection oven easy to use and cooks pastry to perfection. Very Easy to clean. Large interior for plated meals, roasts. Only had it a week. Haven’t tried the grill yet. Very light so easy to move for cleaning. Clear easy to use touch controls - negatives very light! it moves backwards when using door opener. However I’ve found if you hold underneath ridge with hand to keep steady while pressing catch with thumb, movement Can be avoided. - beeps once when it’s finished and doesn’t repeat. For me a couple of reminders would be useful!

I bought this for my sons new house, it looks lovely and I already have a panasonic microwave which is my second one after a few cheaper ones. The Panasonic definitely lasts much longer then the cheaper ones and perform well too. Havent actually used this one yet as he's not yet moved in, but I have got every confidence that this will work as well as my Panasonic.

I've only had the product for a few days but in that time it has been excellent but for one thing. Being light makes it easy to move and clean around when I'm not using it, however it also moves very easily when it's turned on. Pressing the screen at the front, especially the door opener which needs to be pressed firmly, slides the microwave back unless it holds a heavy meal. Since its important to keep a distance between the back of the machine & rear wall maybe something could be added to the bottom to allow it to grip just lightly to the worksurface. There are few curves or indendations in tbe design making it the easiest I've ever had to clean. Although it looks smaller and takes up less workspace it actually has more, or the same, volume inside than others I've used.

This product has surpassed my expectations. Not only does the oven facility work superbly, it also provides a preheated option that enables the oven dishes to warm up too. The previous product I had, a different male and model I now realise was a poor substitute. I find it roasts, bakes and cooks products all the way through And especially crisping the roasted items very well. Hopefully this will continue for at least another year ?? if not longer only time will tell, but I remain optimistic ??
