This microwave compared to Samsung
3/5
We had a Samsung MC28M6055 before, but I broke it; according to Which? this NN-CT56JBBPQ Panasonic was a 'Best Buy' & rated higher than Samsung. We found the Samsung easy to operate and understand; very quiet to use. A'Hot Blast program' that was most useful, A mid shelf wire rack, and control keys that operated the choices of programs at one touch. This Microwave has no middle tray, we are not finding the instructions all that easy; control keys often need many 'touches' and presses to make them operate, ans,all in all, it does not seem as solid a build as the Samsung.
We wonder why these 1000 watt Micro waves don't give a 900 W, and or, an 800 W choice, as these are the power choices that frozen food products.. give cooking times on, so we are left to 'guess' how long to microwave packaged foods. Otherwise, it does at least 'work', and just might be a long lasting machine.
