This is the first combination microwave I've owned and so far I'm very impressed. The microwave setting works brilliantly, just like a normal microwave. I've used the convection/microwave setting for pizza which also worked well. I've yet to explore the other settings. There's plenty of space inside and the instruction booklet is very clear and easy to read. Would definitely recommend this to others.

We recently bought a new Panasonic Combi microwave to replace an earlier model which failed after 14 years. The new model seems bigger; it’s certainly sleeker and more attractive. The controls are familiar and it seems to have been a good choice to go with the updated replacement of our earlier model, with which we’ve always been satisfied.

Space is limited in our kitchen, so a microwave with this many features, but not a huge footprint, is a real selling point. And so far it has done everything asked of it very well. It's also easy to clean and it looks good too.

The equivalent model that I'd bought 12 years ago was far superior, better made, solidly built. But I decided to trade that in for a "younger model" having fallen for the latest hype from Panasonic. This one is cheap quality overall and significantly noisier ! Don't watch the telly at the same time if you are using the oven in the microwave (what a racket!).

1st one sent out didnt work packaging look like it had been opened before. Contact AO via online chat and they tried to absolve responsibility on to the manufacture. I advised them my contract was with them not the manufacturer and requested they sort it out. I then received a phone call the next day and replacement the following day. It is a shame I had to feel upset by the online chat! All good in the end

Fits neatly onto small shelf. Defrosts efficiently by weight, combination grill and microwave and convection oven. Works perfectly.
