This product performs admirably as one would expect from Panasonic but.... The fact that the inside needs to be cleaned after every use of the convection or grille functions is cumbersome and tends to inhibit the use of these facilities. The control panel has some useful buttons but others are unnecessary and could have been omitted so as to simplify the overall panel appearance. Nevertheless this is a good machine.

Really pleased with new Microwave! Well built and menu options make the microwave so easy to operate. Have had Panasonic microwaves for last 30 years. Used it for a week now and everyone loves it!

Good product , looks good performs well ..so far very pleased with it.

First was damaged in transit by courier and the replacement just kept switching itself off mid program, no error code no visible reason!

I had a previous Panasonic Microwave which lasted for many years used several times a day; this replacement is a pleasure to use with easily understandable functions. I have used the convection oven to make baked poatatoes which were cooked perfectly evenly on the inside with crispy skins, I am also very pleased with how well it microwaves food so evenly. All in all another top notch Panasonic microwave

Its a great combi oven and really quite compact - but the control panel is so crowded/such small print with no differentiation to the buttons that it is a bit of a chore to use!

Lovely looking and easy to use ...It was recommended and tested by Which magazine and was top of their list ......I have always bought Panasonic and never been disappointed... it is quiet and after a bit of practice you will be happy with the results of every type of cooking you would need ......
