A no flaws, very favourable review by 'Which?' prompted our choice. Be prepared for the 'Instructions Booklet' which tries hard to explain rules of use but ended up testing our comprehension skills and patience. Suggest Panasonic hire someone to devise a happy and easy A5 laminated coloured QUICKSTART card or online video with the IMPORTANT basics to get customers off to a happier start trhan this one. There are 119 varied info. pages in the Instuctions booklet. The heading on Page 29 is 'Lets Start to use your Oven'.....1/ Plug in....

Microwave rated as the best by Which, hence why we bought it. Hasn’t disappointed, using Combi cooking cuts down on the time to prepare food with that over crisp and is more energy efficient than our oven too. Service from AO was superb too

The Panasonic NN-CT56JBBPQ 27 Litre Combination Microwave has been a great purchase, plenty of settings available on the machine there’s nothing it cant do. For its size it is easy to handle and install. Very smart looking appliance, especially in black. For its specification, it is very well priced compared to its rivals. A highly recommended purchase

I recently purchased this model and have to say i am so disappointed,it was supposed to be similar to the NN-CT890S that it replaced , the controls are similar,but the CONVECTION side of it which i use mostly due to mobility issues has proved a disaster, On CONVECTION it "grills" the top of the food within minutes of baking or roasting,which has left me no option but revert with some difficulty to my family cooker. It is stylish ,but very light in weight which slides across my worktop when the controls are pressed, which I hasten to add is just a basic material not glossy,To combat this cork mats have had to be placed under the tiny feet. I have tried cooking pastry,chicken pieces etc and found they scorch within moments of cooking. I have had these Panasonic combination microwaves since 1990 so i do know how to use them,for some reason this model in my opinion has not come up to scratch,Sorry to say I would only recommend it for its other functions.

Replaced our 15 year old basic Panasonic microwave Excellent once you get used to the m.enu and functions..Excellent capacity for a small size.Well built.and nice looking machine.

To be honest have not fully used all the functions on the microwave as only had a week so can’t comment entirely. First impressions does the basics cooks and reheats food, this is our third Panasonic microwave and always been happy with them. The only point I would make is, it is a bit more square than before, if you can see what I mean, it is not as rounded on the edges, and buttons are bit hard to press especially the door open we find you need two hands, one to steady it, hence four stars, On the whole at this moment in time very good.

I knew when I ordered the microwave that it was good because I had the same model years ago
