Very good and easy to use, it slides around a bit but that's not a big problem, just be careful not to push it too hard

Smart, looks good, easy to use, and does everything we, as a family, need. Microwave, grill, and oven cook smaller items so we don't have to use the oven.

Early days yet but the product does what it says in the tin we had a Panasonic microwave before that lasted over 30 years.. how good is that?

Product is as expected! Much quicker and easier to use than our previous product. Having done some research of microwave ovens, I came to the conclusion this product offered great value for money. I also checked this product on other ‘platforms’ and found AO was very competitive and having used them before knew delivery, etc; would be first-class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and AO for service!

Had 2 of these. First one the door came apart inside. The replacement let steam out past the door. Had Panasonic microwaves for many years and was very satisfied with them. This model not up to their usual standard.
