first item received had a side misaligned with front control panel, AO customer services were first rate, no drama or arguments and had replacement unit delivered the very next day. So far the microwave has worked as expected, being only 20ltr capacity full size dinner plates may not fit in, it so would opt for a 23ltr size if that is what you want it for. standing on a gloss worktop it does slide about a bit so will look at covering the hard plastic feet with non slip rubber ones. For the price a good little machine.

Panasonic microwave is very easy to set.Just the right size for my small kitchen.Neat and stylish in black to match my cooker. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that the door makes a clunking noise when opened.That doesn’t put me off the microwave but it may do for others.

Easy to use, not big so ideal for a small kitchen

Although I was happy with the look of the product after first use I noticed what looked like the number 3 written twice under the turntable - which only shows when the machine is plugged in. AO were brilliant and suggested checking with Panasonic who said it could affect performance. Another was provided yesterday but same issue so currently waiting for Panasonic to investigate. The machine itself is smaller than my current 30-year old Panasonic but plates all fit except my M & S large ones and it does the job. Very smart.

2nd one we have owned does the job good enough
