Excellent product and service from ao.com, they said it would be delivered on a certain dated and they let me know a time slot and was delivered in that time slot

This is a great little microwave for a small family or like me a single person. The controls are easy to understand and well laid out. It has 5 power settings so it is perfect for heating/cooking different products. I would highly recommend this as good value.
