great delievery and nice looking microwave.i would of rated 5 stars but the instructions are a bit complicated.hopefully will have worked it all out soon.

This is the second panasonic microwave that's stopped working after approx 18months use. I clean it regularly, it's in a well ventilated space with good airflow around all the vents and it's started spitting sparks and smoke. It gets fairly light use - once or twice a day to reheat coffee or defrost meals I've frozen. I bought this in March 2019 and it's broken already.

Very pleased with this product small and does what it said it wuld do.Idont use a microwell that often and it works for me ,l am in my seventies,so easilylooks good fits in and is not noisy in all a very good product for price

Lovely compact microwave. Looks lovely in kitchen very pleaded with it.

Still relatively new so trying out more of the options. Epic jacket potato fail though, followed instructions and they were inedible. Defrosting seems to take longer than previous microwave, even though this is a higher wattage. It's an okay microwave but am sure there's better out there.

Bought to replace existing Panasonic microwave which we had for over 10years. This is a great microwave easy to use with the useful addition of s grill to brown or crisp your food. Very happy with the product so far.
