So i searched through ao web page and found Panasonic NN-K18JMMBPQ 20 Litre Microwave With Grill - Silver Now after almost a month the controls on this product are very easy to operate. Very easy to keep clean the flat control surface is easy to wipe clean and functions are essy identified. And 800 watts of power is plenty for her needs. Mrs speed Southampton

We are very happy with our new microwave. It is very compact, not too bulky on the worktop. Love the silver colour and very easy to use. Much better defrost mode than our previous microwave. Easy to clean, would definitely recommend this product .

This microwave is compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. It is not easy to operate after years of being used to our previous model, but the instruction book is clear and in time I will master it. I really like having the addition of combination cooking allowing you to brown ingredients.

This microwave is really good. I love the wipe clean surface on the control panel. The 30 second button is a reak bonus. AO as usual were excellant in their ordering and very quick delivery

Looks good and works well so far, has a gas shut off safety device which is reassuring. Cooks fast and clean, very pleased
