Both myself and my parents have had a Panasonic microwave for some years and having found them easy to use, versatile and good performers so when a friend's microwave broke I went straight to Panasonic and got this compact one, with grill, which is just right for a single person (even maybe for a couple). The buttons are very intuitive, so he was able to get up and running straight away.

Very happy with the microwave as it's simple to operate and does everything I need for cooking.

Easy to use, quality product

I bought this Panasonic microwave to replace a model from another manufacturer which was forever cutting out. I am delighted with my purchase which works perfectly and I now feel confident to plan and cook/reheat meals without wondering if the appliance will cut out. Plus the order came very quickly and in the time slot stated. Thank you!

Excellent product, only very minor complaint is that the black type on silver is difficult to read without bright lights.

Smart microwave ; however the controls are a little complicated and not very user friendly . Quite noisy compared to the previous one.

Great looking product that fits very nicely on the kitchen worktop, and looks good. So far I've used it for more cooking than my old one and I'm getting used to the instructions. It's far easier to use than I imagined as I'm not too smart with gadgets. I'm so pleased there's some recipes in the instruction booklet too.
