    Initial impressions very good.

    Very happy so far. It has all the wash functions we require and is doing an excellent job in washing our clothes. It is also much quieter and smoother than the last machine. In fact it is difficult to know that it is on unless you are very close.

    Great washing machine. It is cleaning clothes right away and they don't seem to be holding too much moisture for drying. Easy to get set up and the self clean function will be handy (recommended every 40 cycles)

    The machine arrived damaged which has been reported. Thd front removable panel had pieces missing (up to 12cm gap) which were noticeable from the front.

    Great product as usual from Hotpoint but seems to take much longer to wash a load even though it has a lower energy rating??? Drum and inside of Washing Machine has tarnished within a couple of washes which I find unusual.....

    Easy to use, very quiet, short wash cycles and delay function are a bonus. Very pleased with this washing machine.
