Brilliant, washing machine as per description. Ideal load capacity 10kg and all the wash functions you need for a family. Love the graphite colour and matches all my exisitng Hotpoint appliances. Really happy with my purchase.

It is great a good size drum.It has a wide variety of loads to choose from, It isn't too noisy either.would recommend it

Really pleased with the new washing machine. So much more quiet than the old one in fact you hardly know it’s on which is handy as we have an open plan kitchen and living room. Across the market this presented the best value when paired with recycle the old one and unpacked. Totally recommend.

So far so good with this machine. Would have liked a better booklet with it as I've had to find out some of the functionality from Google searches - eg what does the soft touch button do.

Really quiet to run, smaller than my previous machine but with a bigger drum and love the duvet option. Looks good and simple to use.

Good looking machine with some really useful programs, quieter than our previous washing machine too.

This stopped working after a month so really disappointed. It was quiet but for me, the spin never left the clothes as dry as previous machines but maybe this was due to a fault from the start. It didn’t feel as robust as previous machines I have had and cover panel at the bottom very flimsy. I also didn’t feel this was good as other machines I’ve had at removing stains from clothes and getting them really clean, considering it’s anti stain. Again this may just be where my machine was a faulty one?
