I always buy Hotpoint for my washing machines, as every machine I have owned from them has been very reliable and fault free. Easy to use without looking at instructions. My last Hotpoint served me 12 years, I just decided to buy a new model.

Very pleased with this washing machine. I always buy Hotpoint and this machine maintains the quality I am used to. Bought to replace a 20 year old machine which finally died after trouble free use. Thus machine has plenty of programs available which can be easilly modified (temperature, spin speed etc). Very quiet in operation and washes very well. My only slight negative is that the machine is much deeper than my old machine and sticks out about 3" where as the old machine fitted completely under the worktop. Not a problem though and very happy with my purchase and AO delivery was perfect as always. Recommended 100% A+++++

Excellent easy to use fast and very quiet

Excellent service and machine is efficient, quiet and easy to use.

Only had the machine for a few days but I've done around five washes. Seems to do a good job. The first time I used it, I put it on an ECO wash which took about three hours which is far too long. I have since used the 45 minute wash which had satisfactory results. Not too happy with the clicks and whirrs as it goes through its program. A lot noisier than my old machine. It vibrates as it slows down from its spin cycle. Hopefully, it will serve me for a few years.

Had this type of machine before and not disappointed,it has enough various programs for all types of washing you may have .
