Brilliant product, can't fault it we are really happy with it. Efficient, looks smart and very quiet

Item delivered on time by 2 friendly delivery men. Machine works well and appears to be quite cheap to run so overall very pleased with it.

I love this heat pump dryer. Emptying the water from the top is a game changer and the fluff catcher inside is more substantial than the normal dryers.

The tumble dryer is fine and works well, just what it says on the tin. It was delivered on time. The men were helpful, installed the new one and took away the old one without question.

I love the functionality & easy to use programmes

Unfortunately there was a problem with the individual machine we received, it took forever to dry 2 sheets and some pillowcases and they were still damp at the end of it plus there must have been something sharp somewhere in the drum as it pulled lots of threads and left tiny holes all over the bedding items. The AO staff were brilliant in helping to sort the issue and we opted for a replacement but went for a vented dryer instead.

Product seems to do exactly what it says it does quieter and more efficient than our old dryer
