Very pleased with the product. It is nice looking and a lot quieter than my old machine. The only thing I can’t work out how to stop and finish mid cycle if needed

The machine is much quieter than our previous condensing dryer. Also uses half the electric according to the smart meter. Lots of settings for certain items.

So far it’s been ok. The energy rating though under the instructions applies to a couple of the drying programmes. Not the whole thing. I was told differently by customer service. So I’m a bit miffed maybe staff member didn’t have the correct information. Anyway it’s ok I guess, but it seems that this dryer could have so much go wrong with it. I’ve already had issues filter light flashing when I’d already cleaned. Luckily I managed to reset by fiddling around. Couldn’t find info on instructions on exactly what to do if that happens. Other than that I’m gonna keep going with it. Any more problems though. I will be either contacting customer service

Great tumble dryer, much better than our last one

Fantastic product. Economic, quiet and well manufactured.

Good product drys clothes well

Seems like a decent product. Quite quiet and basically does what it says it will do, dryes clothes well. According to the smart meter it uses less energy than my old dryer.

Quieter than my old condenser and the cupboard it sits in does not get too hot as it did with the old one. Back to proper buttons at last and sturdy knobs! The filters are easy to clean out and again, feel a lot sturdier than my old dryer (also a hotpoint) Appreciate the ability to select the level of dryness but wonder about the usefulness of a time delay? Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, dry wet washing!!
