Took while to get used to this type of dryer, but works a treat, very quiet and cheaper to run than our old condensor dryer.

It is easy to use. Water tank easy to empty. It takes a little longer than my old one to dry my clothes but can fit alot more in and is energy efficient. Two filters easy to clean. Fantastic all round.

Excellent product I would highly recommend this dryer. It is very energy saving which is really helpful during this particular time in our life. It takes a large load of washing and has various drying times and settings. It is also easy on the eye (looks good), some dryers are like huge metal boxes (ugly). I am so pleased I bought this dryer.

Machine is very easy to clean with the two filters & easy to remove the water when it’s on the top unlike old machine where it was on the bottom. Does take longer, but that’s expected with being a heat pump, doesn’t put out loads of heat into the room. Good looking machine and not that loud.

My old tumble dryer died and after doing research into a heat pump dryer I decided on this hotpoint. It arrived today and was really easy to use. I done my first load in it as soon as I got it and was amazed how quiet it is to run. The drying time is a little longer but worth it. The clothes come out really soft and smelt lovely. Very happy with this order ??

Fantastic tumble dryer, very easy to empty the water tank and clean the filters, nice and quiet also. Can fit a good amount of washing in there, excellent size drum.

The dryer cycle takes a little longer than our old regular hotpoint aquarious condenser but essentially uses less electricity and more importantly for us doesn't need a second cycle to get things really dry!
