Very good price. I updated from a vented Hotpoint which had died after 20 year service and was initially wondering how long the heat pump version would take to warm up? The cost of the heat pump dryer being very cheap to run is, it does take a lot longer to dry things. Now I am used to that, I am happy. I was surprised at how hot it does get but you need to wait about 20 minutes before it heats up. Would I go back to a vented? No way.

I’ve had the heat pump dryer for three weeks and have been very happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up and use, I have used a variety of programmes and levels of dryness. The water tray is easy to access and empty. I’ve cleaned the filter inside the drum using a soft paintbrush. Clothes, bedding and towels were all dried in accordance with the programme set. I like the benefits of the efficient heat pump.

Good value for money. Very easy to use. Especially like the ease of top loading water cartridge.

Good product , bought it as very similar frontage as my Hotpoint washing machine, but dimensions slightly different which is a shame. Could do with a light in the drum , still getting to grips with it to get all the washing dried, On eco setting it finishes but some items are still damp, noise level is acceptable. Filter is easy to clean., It’s not a Miele ,but then the price is reflective . Happy with my purchase

Instructions on installation are poor. Once installed the machine is quiet and works well

Excellent product, first time having a heat pump dryer and would definitely recommend! Sensors advise when to clean filter and water container. Takes slightly longer to dry clothes, but that could be down to condenser drying - we’ve only ever had vented dryers before. We went for a heat pump due to the much reduced energy usage & the price not much more than a standard dryer.
