Easy to install and working great so far. Worth the extra cost over a normal Condenser tumble drier. Much lower energy use and clothes much softer. Haven’t even noticed the longer run time!

This is a great tumble dryer. Its compact and very quiet and dries washing quicker than any other tumble dryer I have ever owned. Its a great energy rating too which helps with the high cost of living. Definitely recommend.

Extremely pleased with our new tumble dryer. It looks smart - glass door you can see through. As we’d had our old dryer for many years, we thought we’d have the latest type of dryer and went for the heat pump dryer. It was quite expensive but have already noticed, on our smart meter, it costs much less to run than our old one. Big bonus! Only had a couple of weeks and trying out all the drying options but very pleased!

Works very well & more economical & at a reasonable price for a heat pump dryer

I was fed up being surrounded by wet washing on airers,I'd heard about heat pump tumble dryers so decided to investigate,I worked out that it uses quite a bit less electric to run compared with traditional tumble dryers,so I took the plunge and bought one,a tripleAAA,and the hotpoint wasn't as expensive as the others,I've used it about 15 times since I received it and I'm so glad I got it,I use the multi mix and works great.Best item I've bought,no more being in a steamy ,damp atmosphere,coughing due to fabric conditioner.well pleased

just plug into the wall and no need for plumbing. It is a lot quieter than the previous machine. We expect that it will be efficient as it has a very low energy rating. Overall product finish is good. Its great to select how dry you want your clothes, no checking required the machine just gets on with it and perfect results every time whatever the load.

Easy to use, Quiet and cheaper to run apparently. However the only reason I am not giving it five stars is that is takes hours and hours to dry things! At least double the time of our old ordinary tumble dryer.

Excellent tumble dryer. Effectively drys clothes and not to noisy either.
