Finally managed to bag myself one of these, after they were constantly out of stock due to supplier issues. It was to replace an ageing, energy-hungry standard condensing tumble dryer that I wouldn't be able to afford to run at all due to energy prices. I calculated that by buying this one, with the amount of tumble drying we do, it would break even after the first year of use, and so far it's definitely using a fair chunk less electricity than the last machine, and isn't taking any longer to dry, so I do think it'll pay for itself very quickly, and I don't have to feel quite as guilty using it.

Doesn't fully dry clothes no matter what setting is used. Maybe we have a faulty unit as it's not fit for purpose.

Was sceptical about getting a heat pump dryer after comments about the long drying time. I've always had a vented dryer which didn't take long to dry. But I'm actually quite pleased, doesn't take much longer. Cheaper to run, large drum size, easy to empty water and clean filter.

This thing is way quieter than our old one which wasn’t a heat pump, gets clothes nice and dry and don’t shrink them either.

Had a relatively new Hoover tumble drier that was energy rating C. Swapped it for this new A+++ heat pump model due to energy price foing up and it’s great. Uses less than a quarter of energy than our old unit and will pay for itself in less than a year. Easy to use, just plug it in pick your setting and remember to empty water tray which is quite big so not something you have to do every cycle. Every cycle so far has dried the clothes properly and it’s really quiet compared to our previous drier. Great delivery as usual from AO.

Very happy with it's performance ,dries clothes lovely and quicker than I expected for a heat pump dryer. I Like the drum size and that the clothes are not too hot during the cycle. Would recommend

It's very quiet and dried the clothes a lot quicker than our old dryer. Looks quite nice as well. Connected it directly to the drain so that my Mrs doesn't have to keep emptying the tank-and it was dead easy. Just to to extend the little pipe. A bit longer pipe would definitely be better. I haven't checked the energy consumption but home it is what it says on it.

Great product. Really impressed with all of the settings and the times each take. Has delayed start which is useful to wash at night time. Really efficient and cheaper to run than my previous dryer. The clothes feel super fresh and the machine doesn’t feel warm which is great.
