The minute I saw that there were tumble dryers with heat pumps available I was quick to purchase one as I’m a great believer that we desperately need to minimise our impact on the planet. Delivery went really well with two very helpful men. My old tumble dryer was removed quickly and efficiently. After reading some of the reviews on this product I was expecting my New tumble dryer to be quite noisy. However, this is not the case I find the symbols for different loads easy to understand so all in all I am a very happy customer. The noise levels are quite low to be honest, the drying times, it was suggested, would take longer than usual but I am pleasantly surprised that this has not been the case so far. A huge step forward with regards to diluting my carbon footprint even more and on the plus side they are much cheaper to run , well done AO for keeping up-to-date with new appliances that are readily available for all to purchase.

Fabulous product. Dries clothes relatively quickly. What I love about this dryer (apart from it looks lovely, as far as dryers can look lovely) when it sets off it displays the generic time for the setting i.e 2 hours 25 mins but it quickly works out how long it will take in reality. I had some washing hung outside yesterday. They just needed finishing off in the dryer. Set it off and showed 2 hours 45 mins. It soon reset to 15 mins. Love that. Don’t have to keep checking if it’s dry. When the time had finished it was perfect.

Excellent, it does take longer to dry than standard dryer however, it uses far less electricity.

Baffling number of settings but it does the job, easy to install. if the energy rating is correct, it's an excellent investment.

Really impressed by this dryer. Bought to replace a failed condenser dryer, the heat pump dryer performance is as good as (if not better than) the old condenser dryer with a reduction in energy usage.
