Died after 18 months. Stopped drying clothes properly after 6 months, had to put it on two times for it to get they dry enough. Avoid, and understand why they only offer 1 year warranty....not built to last

Looks good and works well. First time using a heat pump dryer and very pleased with it. Great product

Very quiet and very smart tumble dryer. Dryer calculates the time, seems accurate and clothes are always dry when finished.

Very pleased with this product. Good choice of programme options and features. Quiet and efficient. Condenser drawers and filters (x 2) are easily accessible and simple to clean.

I did have my reservations around heat pumps but this tumble dryer is great. Ok, it takes a bit longer dry but I have found I have less clothes shrinking and my towels are really fluffy and soft.

I've had a condenser dryer in the past and now the hotpoint heat pump, It is by far superior and uses very little electricity to dry a load. It’s also super quiet which is a big bonus for us. Five star ??
