Nice and quiet, hardly spikes the smart meter. Need to take large items out and give them a shake half way through to ensure they dry evenly.

I am really pleased with the dryer. It is much quietier than old my dryer and has Ken great features, like the crease prevention button. Yes, it takes a little longer than a condensing dryer, but I find it doesn’t make a huge difference and is far more energy efficient so am happy to wait an extra 30 mi utes for my laundry. I had my last Hotpoint dryer for 14 years and I’m hoping this one lasts as long! It is a great middle of the range dryer.

Very quiet compared to previous unit . Large capacity but works better when not overfilled got to still see if the costs are better

4 out of 5, only complaint so far is the pipe that can be used for condenser water isn't quite long enough to reach out waste so we need to empty the tank between dried.

Was worried by a reputation that heat pump dryers take much longer to dry loads. I cannot see any difference than my previous condenser dryer. The fact they are so much cheaper to run is also a plus. It is quiet, efficient and easy to use.
