I love this machine! In comparison to my previous tumble it's silent... Obviously it does make noise but it's gentle and not jarring. I've not used it once when it's needed it's full time for the cycle so it's cut down the time and finished early each and every time it's been used - clothes nice and dry, ready to go. Easy to empty (unlike my previous condensor one) and the fluff collector is brilliant. Opens out for full cleaning. Fully recommend. Delivered by 2 friendly guys, unboxed and left for me to plug in and slot in the gap my old one left. Great experience all round.

"Cupboard plus" is only setting that gets things fully dry, but that's the point! Having to clear the filters every time is a bit of a faf, didn't have to do that on the old condenser one. Other than that I am happy with purchase. Hope it lasts.

This dryer is perfect! Quiet ish and amazingly quick, stops as soon as something is dry. Couldn’t rate it highly enough!

First heat pump dryer I have purchased. It is fairly quiet and drys well, compared to a condenser dryer. Hopefully it is also cheaper to run. Overall fairly impressed.

I would rate this at 5 stars had the appliance been able to cope with working in the garage. Unfortunately, it's too cold and so it's been moved inside. Not ideal for me ad we have no space for this. However, if you are purchasing for inside I would recommend it. It is easy to use and reasonably quiet.
