We have had this for more than a year. There is no clear delicates or low heat program. programs don't have any guide on which programs are for low or high heat. Lots of things that were previously fine in a hot point dryer have been shrunk by this machine. Rubbish for trousers. Takes a long long time to run a program so the washing machine is finished and sits waiting to be unloaded for hours. Many of the programs are for max 4kg so it's not a 9kg dryer at all. The cuddly toy program is good for synthetic dressing gowns. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE after 20 years our next washing machine and dryer will not be hotpoint (or Creda or Indesit)

Works really well, takes longer than a traditional but uses less emery and sensors mean it switches off when clothes are dry.

I think it’s economically good on first’s impression compared with the old one. Not one to listen to much to sales specs but looking good going forward

Good value for money. Quiet, doesn't use much electricity, easy to clean and dries clothes quickly. So impressed I also bought a 2nd one for my daughter! Also from AO.

Works great. Dries clothes very well and to be honest I do not notice it takes any longer than a standard condenser dryer. And the smart meter does not go crazy using it either!
