Quiet and easy to maintain

Really pleased with this, easy to set up (just plug and play) easy to empty the tank and the lint filters are well designed. Also a lot quieter than expected, not sure if it’s saving any money yet though. Delivery guys phoned ahead of time and were quick, polite and friendly

Never had a tumble dryer before. Had done some research and was happy to hear that the heat pump wouldn't damage clothes so much, but worried about the length of time the cycles would take so wasn't sure whether to go for a condenser. Really pleased with the purchase in the end - it dries the clothes and leaves them feeling lonely and fresh. The readout on the machine warns of very long cycles when you put the washing in - but in the end it takes less than it says and I'm pretty happy with the time it takes with barely any hint of it on the smart meter. I can wash and dry multiple cycles in 1 day now.

So far I’m pleased! Various programmes to choose from. I’ve been using the mixed cycle which does the job. I like the fact that the sensors adjust the cycle time throughout the cycle. I have found sometimes I need to give it a bit longer to get it completely dry so just put it back on mixed and it adjusts time accordingly. It does take longer than a vented dryer to complete a cycle but I knew that would be the case so no real problem as it should turn out to be more energy efficient.

Excellent product with an A* energy rating which is exactly what you need in a tumble dryer!

Quiet, energy efficient. Takes longer to dry stuff, but it’s cheaper to run. Time will tell on the true cost savings
