I'm amazed by the savings compared to our old condenser dryer

Delivery was excelent, NTM1192SKUK Machine is a real eye opener. The drying process creates virtualy zero heat so no steamy windows and the water recovery tank has virtually no water. The clothes are cool, dry & fresh when they come out & the time taken is less than a conventional dryer. The NSWA945CWWUKN washing machine seems more efficient than our last one. We use the 45 min cycle and the results are excelent. The dryness level following the spin is probably similar to our last machine. We limit it to 1200rpm so as not to over stress the machine. Again pleased with perfotmance.

First class service from AO.com as usual. Received and unpackaged by helpful staff who also took away our old machine. New tumble dryer works well, is realitively quiet apart from the odd beep and hopefully cheaper to run thanks to the new heat pump technology. Very happy with our purchase.
