Work wells so far. Slower to dry clothes than our old condenser dryer but should be much more efficient and save money in the long run. Easy and intuitive to use and quiet in operation, so no complaints. The first example that was delivered was faulty out of the box. Hopefully that at was a one-off manufacturing defect and not a sign of poor quality of the machine, but that lingering doubt means I can't give it five stars.

I love it its so quiet it looks good it saves you money there is no condensation on a mixed dry the clothes all come out perfect you can choose cupboard dry wardrobe and ironing dry, a fab no crease button I would definatly recomend this product it has so many differnt heat settings to choose from and its A++ so its good on electric

Item is perfect. Dries as it should and is very quiet. Heat pump means that it should be less expensive to run than our previous tumble dryer too!

I was sceptical on ordering the heat pump dryer but boy is it good...what a difference from the old condensing dryer....much more efficient and faster From ordering....to delivering.....and collection of old failed appliances. Brilliant quiet economic tumble dryer

I love this machine! In comparison to my previous tumble it's silent... Obviously it does make noise but it's gentle and not jarring. I've not used it once when it's needed it's full time for the cycle so it's cut down the time and finished early each and every time it's been used - clothes nice and dry, ready to go. Easy to empty (unlike my previous condensor one) and the fluff collector is brilliant. Opens out for full cleaning. Fully recommend. Delivered by 2 friendly guys, unboxed and left for me to plug in and slot in the gap my old one left. Great experience all round.

Excellent machine 5/5

"Cupboard plus" is only setting that gets things fully dry, but that's the point! Having to clear the filters every time is a bit of a faf, didn't have to do that on the old condenser one. Other than that I am happy with purchase. Hope it lasts.
