Good product at affordable price . Initially not as simple as load and fire but when you have mastered the quite messy controls it’s good to go. Runs well cycle is quiet. Freestanding so no need for piping. Would recommend but it could be simpler design.

Only had it a few weeks, so I'm reluctant to give it 5 stars. That comes if it lasts neqrly 10 years like my old dryer! I was sceptical about hear pump tech at first; but it works well. In fact, I actually like that clothes don't come out nuclear, it seems gentler on the fabrics. Overall I am happy with purchase, but that extra star is earned by longevity. Time will tell.

Definitely quieter and more efficient - that efficiency means it stops when there are sometimes some damp clothes in the mix. However mostly works well and overall that small quibble is worth it.

Old vented dryer packed up and wasn’t worth repairing again. Decided to go for Hotpoint heat pump dryer. Really worth it if you use the dryer a lot now that energy prices are so expensive.

Quiet and really easy to use. Can be plumbed in or use the tank for the condensed water - very flexible.

So far so good I’m really loving it, it’s only been a few but it’s doing the job I m very happy. The delivery driver were very kind and helpful
