The product is very efficient and quiet. We are extremely happy as it is massively helping my family out with drying the clothes in the winter months. We have always regarded Hotpoint as a very good brand and have not been let down by this product. We could not be happier with our product and the service from AO, who were efficient in dropping it off, placing it in the garage and could not be grateful enough for the service provided and the great product that we purchased. As the cost of living has gone up we were debating whether to by one whether or not due to the extra cost and electricity increase but we are so happy with the Hotpoint product that I have already recommended the product to somebody else and how useful it has already proven to be even after such a short period.

Early days yet but the tumble dryer seems to be ideal. Lots of different settings which preserves the quality of the clothes and more importantly, allows it to be more environmentally friendly in addition to the heat pump technology. The delivery was completely hassle free and I can't complain about anything.

It does exactly what the write up says. The sensor function is a big plus and the fact that it is so energy efficient and way cheaper to run than other types of dryers. I have recommended this to all my family and friends.

Lovely economic performance

Quiet and looks really good!

This has proved even better than expected. Efficiency is great, although it stated would take longer to dry I’ve found it to be quicker, whilst also more economical. Clothes come out ready to hang so ironing pile has benefitted too. An added advantage is that I no longer have to leave my back door open as I did with my previous condenser dryer. Really quiet. Overall a great product at a great price, would definitely recommend.

Great 9kg Tumble Dryer from Hotpoint, the price was good & with the brilliant A++ energy saving, definitely use’s less electric than our old condenser dryer????It’s easier to use & is really quiet, we are well pleased with this dryer, will recommend this product to family & friends ??????????????
